We had the privilege of coming to 3 of StemTree's camps! We had them drive a First Tech Challenge robot, make their own SumoBots, and compete with their SumoBots! In total, we impacted 27 people, had 11 people drive our First Tech Challenge robot, and had 26 people make their own SumoBots! In total we spent 9 hours assisting StemTree's camps ! Thank you StemTree of Columbia!
Our team had a lot of fun connecting with everyone we met at the Joint Base Andrews Air Show on September 14, 2025! The energy was high, the skies were full of cool jets and planes, and our team had an amazing time sharing the power of FIRST with the community! We spoke with lots of people, from curious kids who might become future FIRST participants to military families who visited our booth. It was inspiring to connect with so many people who share a love for technology and robotics! Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, the organizers of the air show for having us, and FIRST Chesapeake for letting us have a opportunity to participate in a great outreach event. We can't wait to come back and do it all over again!
